1. Where did you get my personal data, and am I obliged to provide it?

We received your personal data directly from you, through filling forms on our online store, submitting the contact form on our website, or through other forms of communication with us. In all these cases, we act as the Data Controller. Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data will prevent us from executing certain actions requiring this data—for example, concluding and performing a contract, such as an online sale.
If the processing of your data is not required for contract performance, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests, we may request your consent for specific data usage. Consent may be expressed by ticking a checkbox during website browsing, choosing technical settings for information society services, or any other explicit indication of acceptance. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of data processing prior to withdrawal.

2. Legal Basis and Purposes of Data Processing

Data processing varies based on context, as follows:

1. Processing necessary to conclude and perform a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR):
a) Orders and VAT invoicing
When ordering products on our website, you provide us with necessary details (name, billing address, email, phone number). Data provision is voluntary yet required to place an order. Data related to your orders are processed to fulfill the order, issue invoices, maintain accounting records, and may be used for archival and statistical purposes. We retain order data until contract claims expire and invoices for 5 years following the end of the fiscal year. Regarding order‑related data, you cannot object to processing or request deletion until the limitation period for contract‑related claims expires.

b) Complaints and Withdrawal
When submitting a complaint or withdrawing from a contract, you provide personal data (name, address, phone number, email, order number, and possibly bank account number). Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to process your request. You cannot object or request deletion of such data until the limitation period for claims expires.

c) Contact forms
Providing your data through our contact form (name, email, city name) is voluntary but necessary for us to respond. Processing here is based on your consent, which you may revoke at any time. You may request the history of our correspondence and demand its deletion unless we have a legitimate reason to retain it (e.g., for protection against claims).

2. Processing based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR):
a) Communication, including service‑related purposes (e.g., sending invoices);
b) Performance of contracts with our business partners;
c) Handling inquiries not directly related to contract performance;
d) Defense and assertion of claims related to concluded contracts.

3. Processing based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing purposes:
You can withdraw your consent anytime using unsubscribe options or by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process your data for marketing until you withdraw consent.

4. Processing due to legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), especially for accounting and tax purposes.
