These Terms specifically set out:

• types and scope of electronically provided services;
• rules for providing electronic services;
• complaint procedure.

The Terms are available free of charge on the website https://modee.design in a form enabling retrieval, reproduction, recording, and printing. Every User can review these Terms.

II. Definitions

• Newsletter – an electronic service involving the sending of periodic messages to the User containing information about the Controller’s activities, new products, promotions, and special offers, to the email address provided by the User.
